EI8FHB and G1JLM  are my 2 call signs. I am originally from South West Ireland on the Kerry Coast looking across to the USA ,

I am EI8FHB  and the callsign of G1JLM was issued to John Michael (Sean) McCloskey, Sean died on 6 January 2014.  R.I.P.

Sean was my cousin and his family contacted the Licening Dept. to allow me continue using his call sign.

Sean and I often dreamed of doing a Trans Atlantic 2M OSO.   Just Like Marconi did from Ballybunion in South West Ireland.

I work in West London,UK as a Drive Test Engineer on UK's Mobile Network.

My Main Radio Shack is at 5 miles outside Tralee, Co. Kerry QTH Locator is IO52EG.
Next project will be a 2 Meter beacon towards the USA. this is due to having a great interest in achieving a 2M Transatlantic DX. All of this still in the development stage at the moment.
