I have been enjoying the hobby since being licensed. I have been improving the shack and still learning a lot. I decieded to put my radios in a big "gobox" to use in the shack. This makes it easy to unhook and take them someplace else to operate, which I find myself doing from time to time. I typically take them on camping trips with the family as well as some scout activities like JOTA. I used to unhook everything, thro the radios in a plastic tote with some extra padding, load them up in the van and spend aroudn an hour or so setting them back up when I got at the new location. Despite the gobox being big, it sure does take less time than it did to do that.
