QSL via:
Nascent radio operator in Pittsburgh, PA. Licensed for just over a year, I enjoy FT8 and APRS, and am active with my local club, W3KWH. Future goals include passing my Extra, becoming a VE, learning CW, and Moon Bounce.
I use Logbook of the World, but am also happy to exchange paper cards direct or via bureau.
Station
As my QTH is a first floor apartment, I decided to build a portable station aroud the IC-705. Here's a list of some of my equipment. If using a digital mode I'll also use my MacBook connected either via WiFi or USB. I'm hopping to experiment with my Steam Deck as a station computer as well.
- IC-705
- Chameleon MPAS (can be configured as a vertical or end feed wire)
- mAT-705 Antenna Tunner
- 12 Ah Lithium Iron Phosphate Battery (allows the IC-705 to output 10 W instead of 5 W)
