I like playing with antenna. My first build was a 2m/70cm vertical dipole made from PVC pipe and stainless steel welding rods. When my Elmer put his analyzer on it he said "don't touch it". The next was a 2m vertical dipole from barbed wire. Next was 2m vertical dipole from tubes of tap water. I'm currently working on a 4 element 6 meter beam that will break down easily for field use and intended to use in activating difficult to get grid squares for those seeking the ARRL FFMA award.
Since getting the 7300 I've begun playing with digital modes, rig control, computer logging, etc
