Please Call me Skip,

 I'm a new Ham As of April 26,2019 when I recieved my Technician Ticket. I upgraded to General on June 1

I just got the manual for the Extra Class and it's a monster! Hope to achieve that level by June 2020.

So far My Eqipment Is all Yaesu, FTdx1200 HF/50 Ftm100 mobile base and ftm7250 Mobile 

My background is in Consumer Electronics back in the 80's when there were still tube Televisions and radios. I took Electronics at local Community College and Also completed the NRI Home study Courses in electronics. With that course I built Projects such as a pattern Generator for TV work,  an oscilloscope and Finally a 25'' Zenith Heathkit Television complete with Space Phone!!!

I am looking forward to retiring from Maintenance Tech position I've had for the Past 24 years and devote more time to myself My Family and to this new Hobby.
