Located near Quinlan Texas (between Dallas and Greenville). I am running an Icom 7300 at 100w with an LDG IT-100 auto tuner into a OCF Dipole Antenna for 80 - 6 Meters. I also use a Kenwood TM-V71 2M/70cm for local and club traffic.

I started out in the 80s with my Tech license and upgraded to General once my code speed came up a bit. Although I have had my license for a number of years, it's only in the last year that I owned a property without antenna restrictions and got interested again in HF Ham Radio.

I am a member of the Majors Field Amature Radio club and will be working my first field day in 2018. I am exploring both SSB and digital and hope to do some CW work once I get back up to speed (pun)
