N8AZE

Originally Licensed as KA8CIU, tested for Tech then General and 13wpm in 1982 and became N8AZE.

Did Not renew in 1992 out of ignorance and family responsibilities.

ReTested online in Feb 2023 after brushing up and passed Tech and Gen missing only 3 questions.

Assigned KE8WMO and put in for old call and it was granted as a vanity call.  Have been trying to catch up on 30 yrs out of the

hobby since then.  Was hoping to get back into RTTY but there doesnt seem to be much interest, use to love watching pics

print out on the old Model 28 in the basement.  Learning a little about FT8 slowly on the HF bands... Checking into the VHF UHF

nets locally during the week and enjoying retirement.
