Ham Radio Operator from the capital city of Germany, Berlin.

I can't set up a large Antenna in the backyard, so I use portable equipment or have fun with some friends in Berlin's parks or other landmarks. We name it Urban Ham Radio and everybody can participate.

Furthermore I'm an active member of the German DOK D23 nicknamed “Chaoswelle”, which is a group of ethusiasts of the famous hacker group Chaos Comuter Club. This is also the reason why I like digital modes more than voice.

Currently I attached my IC-7000 to the downspout and rain gutter. It works quite good on 15m, 20m, 30m and 40m. I don't want to interfere with my neighbours, so I mostly work QRP on digital modes.
