I'm in Ibagué, where I live with my wife and children. I graduated from college as a Civil Engineer. I love photography, scuba diving, cycling and amateur radio; I'm novice at all but am not worried about becoming an expert soon: I enjoy learning to be one.

QSL insofar as possible preferably ARRL's LoWT; eQSL as second option, but if send me QSL by Postal Mail, I will certainly send you one.
