Born in Italy 1959, first licenced in Jan 1991 then upgraded to italian amateur class "A" licence in 1994, with the call IK1XPB.

I live in the countryside 30km south of Torino (Italy) in JN34XV.

In 2022 I passed an FCC Amateur licence Extra Class test as KD2ZDW and got a Vanity callsign  K1XPB.

Mostly working CW, seldom SSB/FM locally, never digital modes.

No computer generated CW: only brain and hand.

Drake and Collins Collector, I love to use and restore Semiautomatic bugs.
