Amateur radio digital hobbyist VE3MOW, used to be N5WLF/VE3, now licensed in Canada. Got licensed in the US around 2011 and in Canada around 2019. I don't usually do voice unless it is by DMR or VHF FM. Station consist of an IC-7300, USB rig control and audio, and a randomly assembled dipole. Prolly not the best possible setup, but it works for me and get s a signal out. My operations are normally limited to park ops, so I am not on the air super often. I tend to alternate between PSK31, WSPR and FT8; though I am open to trying new modes. I know my license says my name is Greg (Legally), I do not enjoy going by that name. Please refer to me as Skylar.

A note on FT8 ops:
If multiple stations are answering a CQ call from me, don't give up! Spread out a bit and be patient, I most likely do see your signal and will make an attempt to answer you back in the order that I see you pop up. I'm no stranger to chaining together exchanges to three or more stations in a roll and I don't mind putting heat on the finals. If you need my exchange for an award and you see me on the air but I'm not responding to you, send me an email; we will figure out a band that works or make a sked for a better day!

QSL Card Folks: I love to collect QSL cards! I have more than one card design and I try to keep up with which cards have gone out to what stations, so if you work me on more than one band or on different days, (and you have previously sent me a QSL card) you should receive a different design. To cut down on postage cost, I prefer card request via email at VE3MOW at gmail dot com, that way I can quickly sign an image file for you and send it back you. If you must send me a QSL card via the post office, you will eventually get one back when I have a few bucks to batch them out, which is not very often. (I am a furry, you will get a furry themed QSL card if you reach out. If that bothers you, don't ask for a card. I've had a few ackward interactions so far...so just gonna be upfront with it.)
