I enterd the ham radio world pretty late at the age of 48 years in 2015. My main interests are digital modes. But I also operate from time to time in ssb.

Antenna: 20m end-fed city windom, works very well on 10-40 m. With restriction also on 60, 80 and 160 m.

Operating modes: SSB, FM, PSK, JT65, FT8, RTTY, SSTV, WSPR, C4FM and Echolink
SDR Fun: observing weather ballons, virtual flight radar, detcting AIS signals from vessels on the River Rhein,
reception of weather fax ( DWD Pinneberg ) and NOAA weather satellite
Thanks to WSPR. With 100 mW contact to the Antarctic Neumayer-Station III.
