When operating mobile with my Alinco DX-10, I use the Midland Dual-Mike which is a powered microphone capable of operating the tranceiver and separately, a Midland CB App for the mobile phone. It also acts as a bluetooth phone speaker -
The Midland Dual Mike presents itself as a classical CB microphone, but is much more. With device you talk and listen without distance limitations, interfacing it with the CB Talk App. Inside it there is a 3W speaker that makes it perfectly safe use while driving.
